Calculate with variables

You can calculate with variables based on the spaces in your Area Manager, this way you can use external data to communicate with your projects data.

By Clicking the "A" you launch the Automatic Text dialog

In the dialog click "Add" and give in a name for the new family.

After, you can give in a name and value with a comment.

The values represent the standard spreadsheet values:

Click "OK".

Now you can use this variable in your report.
