Zone Labels

The Area Manager allows you to label surfaces and give them a name and unit as well as up to 5 extra comments with name and value are possible to add in your project.

/zone

In the menu bar of ARC+:

New in 2011 > Zone Label

Select Surface

Confirm y/n

Click enter

Names

Here you can set the zone name and reference name.

Surface

Real Surface

This concerns the real surface of the polygon.

Calculated Surface

This is the calculated value of the area based on the real surface and the factor. 

This can be used as reduction area if the factor is for example 0.95 or as volume if the factor is for example 2.7

Real Perimeter

This concerns the real perimeter from the the polygon

Calculated Perimeter

This is the calculated value of the area based on the real perimeter and the factor.

This can be used as reduction perimeter if the factor is for example 0.95 or as lateral surface if the factor is for example 2.7.

Adjusted Data

Here can extra information and user data be added to designated data fields.

General

Text rotation & position

This can rotate  the graphic report -in degrees- if this is required in your project. As well you can set the position by X - Y. 

Border

You can adjust the line surrounding your graphic report.

Layer

Select the drawing layer in which you want to place the report.

Text Option

You can select here the option to include all text in one rule.
