Walls—2D - 3D

When you specify a wall you are prompted to define a value for the height. This value may be changed while creating walls of the same wall type, or updated after creation. At any stage, you can create and display the three-dimensional model of the walls.

You can create the 3D model either on all the walls and openings that are not already three dimensional, or on individual walls and their openings.

The 3D model of the wall is a solid wall whose thickness is that of the 2D wall. It ignores all internal layers. It is a true solid model that can be displayed with hidden lines removed, colored surfaces, and shading.

You may remove the 3D model of the walls and revert back to 2D. The three dimensional model may be regenerated at any time.

You can also display either the 2D, 3D or both walls without changing them in the model.
