Compatibility with Previous versions

The model files created in ARC+ 2007 II or 2009 Edition are not compatible with the previous versions of ARC+ (including ARC+ 2007 I Edition).

If you open a file of a previous version of ARC+ in the ARC+ 2007 II or 2009 Edition and save it, you can no longer open it in the original version.

However, it is possible to save your model under a format different from ARC+ 2007 II or 2009 Edition. Thus, you can save your model in following formats:

ARC+ 2007 I Edition

ARC+ 2005 Edition

ARC+ Progress 4

ARC+ Progress 3

If you try to open an ARC+ 2007 II or 2009 Edition model in a previous version without converting it – the following message will appear: File format not supported.
