Stretching a Model with its Dimension Lines
Move the contents of a specified fence by a relative displacement. If a dimension line lies within the fence, the dimension text is updated automatically to the new length of the line.

Use this command to stretch or compress a feature of your model and update a nearby dimension line accordingly. In order to do this:

The dimension line must be parallel to the direction of stretching.
One end of the dimension line and one end of the feature must lie within the fence.
The other ends must lie outside the fence.
