Exporting in DWF Format

ARC+ can export your design in Drawing Web Format (DWF). DWF file is a highly compressed vectorial 2D file that you can use for publishing your design on Web pages. Thus, your colleagues can have a remote access to these designs using any Internet browser having a DWF viewer.

\saveas

1 Select DWF format in File type pulldown menu.

2 Enter a file name, then click on Save

Exporting in DWF format opens a dialog box where you can select one of the three options for exporting the layers:

No layer management

When this option is active, all the entities seen in the DWF file are displayed on the same layer.

Layers by drawing sheet

When this option is active, all the entities belonging to an object or to a design frame placed in a DSG are displayed in the DWF file on the layer of this element.

Entities on their original layer

When this option is active, the entities seen in the DWF file are displayed on their respective layer.
