Dimensioning the Angle between Two Lines or 3 points
Create a dimension arc measuring the angle between two lines.
\angle
Indicate the two lines. The angle is measured between the projections of the lines on the current active plane, or between the extensions of the projections if the lines do not intersect.
Define a location point through which the arc will pass. An arc is drawn parallel to the active plane, the angle in degrees is written next to the arc.
NOTE The arc and the dimension text are separate entities that can be individually edited.
Creating a Dimension Arc between 3 Points
Indicate the vertex point of the angle and two other points. All three points must lie in the current active plane. Define a location point through which the arc will pass.
An arc is drawn parallel to the active plane, and the angle in degrees is written next to the arc.
NOTE The arc and the dimension text are separate entities that can be individually edited.
