Selection

Indicate the entity to be selected. The selected entity is added to the selection group. Add additional entities to the selection group as desired.

Deselection

Hold the ALT key and then indicate the entity to be deselected. The entity is removed from the selection group. Remove additional entities from the selection group as desired.

\sent and \senf are still active but obsolete and no longer in interface.
Instead use \select cause also the fence is part if it now.

Capturing by Border of Fence

By clicking outside all entities, the selection by fence starts at the indicated location. You can select the entities cutting the borders of the fence according to the location of the opposite point of the fence.

If you draw a fence from top to bottom, all the entities with at least one point within the fence, are selected.

If you draw a fence from bottom to top, it will display with a dotted line. All the entities touched by the border of the fence are selected in addition.

Choose to select or deselect entities from the selection group.

Selection

Specify the first and opposite corners of the fence.

Entities are added to the selection group as follows:

Lines, polygons and solids—if at least one endpoint or vertex lies within the fence

Arcs—if one of the end points or the displayed center are included within the fence

Placed objects—if the end point of any component or the displayed origin point are included within the fence

Entities included in the selection group are displayed with red broken lines.

Deselection

Define the first and opposite corners of the fence. Entities and placed objects that are included within the fence are removed from the selection group and recover their original line attributes.
