Snaps to a predefined point or entity.

Use this command while creating or manipulating entities to snap to exact predefined points relative to existing entities.
You can choose one of the following options.
Select one of the options: Indicate and define the points and/or entities for the selected option.

1.Center of line or arc (centr)
Indicate the line or arc
2.Middle between two points (mid)
Define two points
3.Intersection (int)
Indicate two lines, arcs or a line and arc
4.Perpendicular (perp)
Define a point and indicate a line or arc
5.Tangent to arc (tang) Define a point and indicate an arcDefine a point and indicate an arc
6.Distance on line (dist)
Specify a distance and a FROM and TO point
7.X Projection (x)
Specify a reference point and the required x value
8.Y Projection (y)
Specify a reference point and the required y value
9.Z Projection (z)
Specify a reference point and the required z value

HINT This command is especially effective while you are entering a point for creating or placing objects. The resulting point is automatically inserted as input for the command you are currently using. If you are in waiting mode , a marker is displayed at the resulting point.
NOTE All the options work on 3D entities, in any view. All options provide an exit to the previous command without further input.
