Organization of the New Pull-Down Menu
The commands are divided in thirteen main menus:
File
Layer
Edit
Modify
Select
View
Tools

Menus
Menu at the right of Tool menu is replaced automatically by the last sub-menu browsed in the Tools menu and next to that the Edit sub-menu of Tools menu.
All available icons are put in left of each command.
All available short-cuts are at the right part of each command
Main functions of these thirteen groups are described hereafter:
File
This menu covers all commands related to file management, import, export, sending files by e-mail and printing. The File tools sub-menu covers file repair, archive and optimization commands. Only the functions of screen capture in a file have been shifted to the Display menu.
Layer
This menu covers all layer commands directly available from the main menu.
In previous versions it was only available via the classic menu trough settings menu.
Edit
This menu contains the typical main windows commands: undo/redo/cut/copy/paste.
Modify
This menu contains the commands for modifying the entities created. First part in the top contains the standard and most fast edit commands like move, copy, rotate, etc. Below that all possible modify commands are organized into submenus with all possible options.
View
This menu includes all the commands for viewing and preparing the model from the process using the 3D for 2D output.
Tools
This menu includes all the commands for creating entities and placing elements. Each chosen menu is remembered and placed in the main menu. On the bottom of each tool menu there is the edit sub menu. It contains all specific edit options for the specific tools menu chosen. Also this submenu will be put in the main menu next to the tools menu. This will allow you to access it as fast as possible.

Help lines
This menu includes all the commands for creating help lines. It has same structure as in previous versions.
Infos
This menu includes all the commands for asking information on entities like what type they are, the length, what path they are placed, etc. etc. It has same structure as in previous versions. Also it contains controlling non-geometric data to make BIM (Building Information Modeling) applications .
Window
This menu allows you to access all type of windows to extra session, divide and organize the screen in sessions, working windows, camera and zoom controls This will allow you for example to control the 3D perspective views. Please note that the camera and zoom windows can now be opened and put as docking windows in the screen.

This menu lets you open all available pdf's manuals, highlights per version and website links to have the best support and to look up each command possible.
Modes
Now all modes are more easy to find then ever in a logical structure. Each mode chosen will be put in the main menu right next to the menus menu.
Menu
Now all menus installed on your system are accessible. When you install for example the wonderful Sketch ADD ON to make appealing 2D renders the ARC+ Sketch menu is displayed here.
