ARC+ Interface


You can use the Ribbons, toolbars and hotkeys to give commands for the operations you want to perform using ARC+. All these elements together constitute what is called the interface of the software. This interface includes the following elements:

  • Main Ribbon bar– used to choose the category commands and commands.
  • Icon toolbar–0  more than 1000 vectorial icon commands inRibbon menu and toolbars
  • Status toolbar displays the current cursor location in three dimensional space, the current screen scale, and other information
  • Input line, displays ARC+ prompts and messages, and used to enter commands by name and parameters via the keyboard. the command must have prefix / or \
  • Working window— main work and display area for your design, it can be splitted showing the solid windows and his camera/sun controls.
  •                View and zoom control windows— control the direction and perspective from which you can view your design in the working window (optional)

You can open working and control windows by using the Setting the screen layout  command. ARC+ allows you to open multiple working sessions, each with its own view and zoom control windows, if you want. ARC+ offers a partial reorganization of this interface. With its more compact and homogeneous nature, it brings about a general and progressive modernization of the application.

  • More functional contextual menu including new entities
