Layers

 

Layers are means of categorizing parts of your model for individual viewing or treatment.

The layers of ARC+ may be compared to transparent overlays on a hand-drawn plan. For example, layer 1 of a model may be the overall building design, layer 2 may show dimensions and text, layer 3 may be an electrical scheme, layer 4 a piping layout. You can use each layer as a separate phase of development of your project.

ARC+ allows you to work in up to 255 layers. Each layer has full three-dimensional capabilities and can contain entities of any type.
