Highlighting the First Layer, Axis or Open Ends of Walls

Temporarily change the line type of the first side of a wall, or highlight its axis or open ends.

State whether you wish to operate on a single wall, a selection group or all walls. Then specify the highlighting you require:

Alignment axis

First layer

Alignment and offset axis or

Open wall ends

If you intend to operate on a single wall, indicate the wall.

In the case of open wall end indicate a point on the wall near the end that you wish to highlight.

The specified item is highlighted by a dotted line. The line will disappear during the next screen refresh.

$image\ebx_-726553584.gif$ HINT It is important to be able to highlight open wall ends in cases where the end position is unknown, e.g., in an arc of 360 degrees (circle) or where a wall has been broken into two (\mwbrk) without closing the ends.
