Adding and Editing the Hyperlink

To add or edit a hyperlink assigned to an entity, follow the steps given below:

1 Right click on the entity.

2 In the menu that appears browse the sub menu Info.

3 Browse the sub menu hypertext link.

4 Select Add/Edit command.

A dialogue box appears. You can directly enter an Internet address or select a file by clicking on the Browse...
