Querying the Length and Angle of an Entity
Calculate the length and angle of a line, arc, polygon, or wall.
\qlen
The orientation is expressed by two angles: one about the Z axis, the other on a plane perpendicular to the XY plane. The length is displayed in the current unit.
Indicate the line. The two angles and the length are displayed in the prompt line in the following format:
Z=nnn.nn XY=nnn.nn l= nnn.nn.current unit
In axonometric view, the distance and the angles are measured in three dimensions. In orthogonal view, the display shows distances and projected angles on the active plane.
You are prompted to indicate other lines or press Enter to return to the previous command.
NOTE The line may form part of an entity.
