Help Lines

Help lines are special lines used as an aid to create other entities. There are two types of help lines; long and short. Long help lines are of infinite length. Short ones are used to indicate points, such as when dividing a line into equal segments.

All help lines may be deleted by a single command when you have finished using them. They are not plotted, printed or exported to DXF format.

The line attributes for help lines are fine and dotted (type 3), and are created in layer no. 99 only.
