Creating a polygon at offset

Creates a polygon at offset around an existing polygon.

Indicate the polygon for which you want to create a contour. Define a point outside or inside indicating whether you want to create the contour around or within the existing polygon. Specify the offset distance. A contour polygon is created at the existing polygon.
