Creating Help Line Tangents to a Circle through a Point

Draw two help lines tangent to a wire arc or circle from a specified point.

Define the point and then select the arc or circle.

Two tangential help lines are drawn from the point to the circle. If the arc is created such that the tangents do not meet it, they will be drawn to points that are extensions of the arc. Short help lines perpendicular to the tangents mark the exact contact point with the true arc or circle.

If you indicate a point on the arc or circle, a tangent line is drawn.
